Strength & Conditioning Workouts
This workout will start with a coach lead warm up and roughly 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of conditioning. We will focus the strength for 4-6 weeks on one lift so you have time to see improvements.

Athletes do not need to have any specialized experience, but should have general workout experience.
*Athletes that take 8 S&C Workouts may begin attending our Proud Workouts.
