OUT-FIT Studio | Strength & Conditioning Workout | 6:30pm (Monday)
Now that we have moved into our new workout studio we will be holding workouts every Monday night (as well as every other Saturday)
We are bringing back what might be our favorite class format - Strength & Conditioning Workouts! This workout will start with a coach lead warm up and roughly 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of conditioning. We will focus the strength for 4-6 weeks on one lift so you have time to see improvements.

Athletes do not need to have any specialized experience, but should have general workout experience.
*Athletes that take 8 S&C Workouts may begin attending our Proud Workouts.
