2024 is going to be your year!
Now that we are one month into the new year, you have an idea of how your fitness has changed in the past month. Creating change in your fitness can be hard, but summer bodies are made right now. That is why we created this 4 week program for you.
The OUT-FIT 28 Day February Challenge is here for you. Every day you will do one 9 minute core workout. We will email you a new workout every day for 4 weeks.
It is 100% free, no equipment required and is available to anyone with internet access.
28 Workouts Over 4 Weeks
On Mon, Feb 5th you will do your first of 28 workouts over the course of the next 4 weeks.
9 Min Core Workouts On Your Schedule
Each workout is 9 minutes long. For 28 days we will email you every morning a new workout. They require zero equipment & You do them on your own schedule.
If you do this challenge you will definitely see improvement in your core strength & endurance. A stronger core carries over into most parts of your fitness. A stronger core helps create a stronger squat and deadlift. Plus, if you have a low enough body fat percentage it will look better when you take off your shirt.
This program is free, but registration is required so we know who to be emailing every week. We will email you every week the links to the workouts to be completed for the week. Workouts start Mon, Jan 5th.
