Aspen Gay Sky Week and OUT-FIT are coming together to offer you an opportunity to reconnect before January and get in a sport specific strength workout in. 

Get ready to hit the slopes this season with our Ski Readiness Strength Workout! This program is designed to build the power, agility, and endurance you need to make the most of your time on the mountain. Whether you're carving down black diamonds or enjoying leisurely runs, our workout targets the key muscle groups—quads, glutes, core, and stabilizers—to help improve balance, reduce injury risk, and increase stamina.



What to expect:

- Dynamic Strength Circuits to build explosive power for jumps and turns
- Core Stability for improved balance on uneven terrain
- Lower Body Endurance to keep you strong for long days on the slopes
