What is the difference between Intro to Fitness program and Fundamentals of Functional Fitness program?
Introduction to Fitness
This program will introduce you to the pushing, pulling, hinging and squatting movement patterns using dumbbells.
Over the course of 8 sessions you will learn a 3x a week dumbbell workout routine that can be done in any commercial gym and even in most home gym spaces.
Fundamentals of Functional Fitness
This program will teach you how to strengthen your push, pull, hinge and squat movements using barbells.
This can prepare you for our experienced group workouts or we can build you a custom workout plan to do on your own based on the new movements you will learn.
What is the difference been Experienced Group Workouts and Personal Training?
Experienced Group Workouts
These workouts have on average 5-10 people in them. They are strength focused with two parts of strength training and we finish with 7-8 minutes of conditioning. They are only Monday & Wednesday nights.
Personal Training
These are one-on-one sessions programmed around your wants and needs. You can schedule them when there are openings M-F from 10am-9pm.
What Is The Policy For Canceling Sessions?
Booked sessions require 24 hour notice for cancelations, otherwise it counts as a training session.
Experienced Group Workouts
When are your Experienced Group Workouts
Mondays at 6:30 & 7:30pm
Wednesdays at 7pm
Why is the schedule so limited?
Our main business is one-on-one personal training. In order for us to run our group workouts we need to clear all trainers off of the workout floor. In order to keep more personal training times available we limit our group workouts.
Do you accept Drop Ins?
We currently accept drop ins on Monday nights.
We do not accept drop ins on Wednesday nights.
What sort of experience do I need?
You should be experienced in weightlifting and conditioning. That would mean you are able to perform the following lifts without instruction:
-Barbell Back Squat
-Barbell Bench Press
-Barbell Deadlift
-Barbell Reverse Lunges
-Barbell Pressing
Additionally, knowledge of rowing, basic dumbbell movements and basic kettlebell movements.
What if I don’t have the required experience but still want to join the workouts?
You will need to take as little as 1-2 personal training sessions, depending on experience.
Reach out to us at info@OUT-FIT.org so we can learn more about your experience.
Do I need to wait until a new 8 week programming cycle begins before I start?
No. Our workouts are a continuous format. We program our strength movements on 8 week progressions so that athletes can dial in their form and weights. This also allows athletes to progressively overload their lifts, which is how we get stronger.
It might actually be better to start mid-cycle. This allows you to get used to the lifts and the class format. Then when the next strength cycle starts you are already settled in.
Apparel/Orders
We ship all orders in the US using the United States Postal Service (USPS)
Where is my order?
You will get an email once we ship out your order. In that email will be a tracking link. You can follow your package that way. Should you have any questions about shipping, feel free to reach out to the USPS. We do not have an more information once it has left our shipping and distribution center.
Please Note: That email is generated when we print the shipping label and it can take up to 24 hours for the USPS to scan the package for the first time.
Why is my order stuck in transit?
If you have questions about where your package is in transit (e.g. it has stopped moving or been redirected) contact USPS directly with your tracking number. Once your order leaves our warehouse the tracking information that we have is the same as you and we can't offer any more information than what is in the tracking link.
How Long Will It Take?
You should expect orders to be shipped out the 1- 2 business days, unless you are ordering a pre-order shirt. If that is the case, we described expected ship time on the product page. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends.
Once it has been fulfilled it usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive in the domestic US. International deliveries can range from 2-6 weeks depending on the location and mail service.
Customs and International Shipping
We ship worldwide and you have several carriers to chose from. Buyers should be aware that some countries charge a customs fee and/or other taxes for imported items. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer as is the knowledge of your domestic laws.
If you live in the UK you should take special note to this. There will be a 15% VAT as well as a handling fee from Royal Mail. These fees are independent of your payment to us and we have nothing to do with (nor can we affect) them.
USPS international deliveries can range from 2-6 weeks depending on the location and mail service. For faster and more reliable delivery we suggest FedEx or UPS. Deliveries refused due to customs charges will not be refunded.

How Long Are The Workouts?

What Is Your Cancelation Policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Please be sure that you are able to attend prior to buying. No refunds, transfers of credits are available.
Why Do I Need to Let You Know If I'm Not Coming?
Our workouts are partner & team formats. When registered athletes do not show up it messes up the numbers for the groups. We also usually have a waitlist. So, if you know you can't make it after all it allows us to let in another athlete that wants to attend.
I Workout - Isn't That Enough "Fitness Experience?!?"
Unfortunately not, We have very specific and often technical movements that we are doing with weights, usually quickly. We review the movements as a reminder to athletes, but we do not instruct beginners. We are working in groups in close proximity. Unexperienced athletes can harm themselves or surrounding athletes if they are not knowledgeable in the movements. Just because you can play kickball doesn't mean you should hop into a tackle football game.
You can gain this experience by joining any Functional Fitness gym. We also have an 8 session program.
