Workout Overviews:
Skill: Intermediate
Skills Required: Prior Workout Experience w/ Dumbbells & Kettlebells.
Overview: This workout focuses on Strength and finishes with Conditioning. We will start with a coach led warm up, move into a 2-part strength focus and finish with conditioning. Most classes will use barbells. Any movement that involves barbells will be reviewed in the warm up.
Skill: Intermediate
Skills Required: Knowledge and basic ability to perform both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk
Overview: This is a 90 minute, strength only, workout. It begins with a barbell warm up and includes the Snatch and Clean & Jerk every week. We will finish the session with some accessory lifts.
Unlike our other small group workouts all athletes need to be be pre-screened before attending this workout. If you have never performed these lifts but are still interested check out this 4 session course. Either way, send us an email at training@out-fit.org to sign up.
Skill: All Levels
Skills Required: Prior Workout Experience w/ Dumbbells & Kettlebells.
Overview: This all strength workout is when we take time to focus on unilateral isolation strength movements to even out strength imbalances and create a more sculpted physique.

L.E.S: We host most of our Boot Camp Workouts and Proud Workouts in Manhattan at WillyB CrossFit - Bowery (LES)
