Next Training Group Starts on Mon, April 6th - Sign up for our email list to get notifications.  We partnered up with J2Fit to create a 16 week training program for anyone that has trained the Olympic lifts and wants to smash their current PRs. Over the course of 16 weeks you will focus on improving your technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. You will also see additional weekly focus on heavy squats, pushing and pulling.
