Last summer we got a new camera and a few back-to-back weeks later we had footage to put this together. We don't know when we will be able to hold events exactly like this in the near or mid future, but trust that we are actively working on ways to bring the community together.

Over the course of 16 weeks you will focus on improving your technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. You will also see additional weekly focus on heavy squats, pushing and pulling.
