New Year - New You We partnered up with J2Fit to create a 16 week training program for anyone that has trained the Olympic lifts and wants to smash their current PRs. Over the course of 16 weeks you will focus on improving your technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
It's our last Manhattan event of 2019! Plan to get back together for our always popular All Levels WOD. Mark you calendars and plan on being there to connect with your fellow OUT-FIT athletes. Teams will be created at the event and the workout will be announced upon arrival.
