When’s the last time you prioritized yourself? 

Learn about our online programming, small group training and one-on-one training. We have something for athletes in every stage of their fitness journey. Regardless of your current stage, we will help you look and feel like a better version of you. 

Who gets private training? 

Many different types. Private training is the most efficient hour when it comes to working out. We have athletes that are too busy to plan their programming and progressions and let us do that for them. We have athletes the need the weekly accountability to stay on track for their goals. We have newer athletes that are learning fitness for the first time and want the security and confidence that comes when you are being taught by an experienced trainer. 

We are all coming from a different place. We will meet you where you are and start building a stronger body. 

What are my options? (In-Person vs. Virtual)

In Person Private Training
Individuals in NYC have the ability to train one-on-one with one of our highly qualified trainers. The options include seasonal workshops, small group and one-on-one training. We will plan to introduce you to our highly rated "Introduction to Training" package, unless you have something else in mind.

Our Manhattan training location is centrally located in Chelsea (NYC). It is a private gym for private training. We have a shower, shower products and towels available.

Virtual Private Training
Athletes not located in Manhattan, or not interested in traveling, have the option of OUT-FIT Virtual Private Training.

This option looks different for different athletes. Some have one or two weights at home, some have more of a home gym and some FaceTime from wherever gym they normally workout at.

SQUAT 1.0  - Virtual Remote Programming

We created a great 1x a week virtual program to increase your back squat and increase your overall lower body strength. . This 1x a week, 8 Week program is great for athletes returning to fitness or looking to supplement their existing workout routine. 

We will use pause and tempo squats to build up your back squat while finishing with accessory lifts to let you empty the tank. 

Remote athletes can also train with the OUT-FIT community using our popular online “Smash Your PRs” Olympic Lifting program.

We are 100% LGBTQ+ owned and have been working with individuals like you for over 9 years. We only use gyms and trainers that are committed to the goal in increasing LGBTQ Fitness and Visibility. We also play better music.
