Who is it suitable for?
Newer athletes in the NYC, Fort Lauderdale and Dallas area have the ability to train one-on-one with one of our highly qualified trainers. The options include seasonal workshops, small group and one-on-one training. We will plan to introduce you to our highly rated "Introduction to Training" package, unless you have something else in mind. Athletes not located in those areas can training with the OUT-FIT community with our popular online “Smash Your PRs” Olympic Lifting program.
