Introduction to Fitness Program
Are you new to fitness? Do you not know where to start? Do you want to make sure you don't injure yourself? Then you are in the right spot.
Over the course of 8 sessions we will introduce you to fitness. We will step by step introduce you to pushing, pulling, squating and hinging safely and properly. we will progressively build on what you have already learned to give you a wide foundation to build on.
Graduates will finish with a deeper understand of anatomy, safe movement patterns and a framework for them to continue working out on their own.

24 hour cancelation is required. Less than 24 hour notice results in a session being used. Sessions are 55 minutes and expire 4 months after purchase date.
