The Intro to Fitness Program is an 8-week personal training experience built to teach the fundamentals of strength training, movement, and long-term consistency in a supportive and approachable environment.

Whether you’re completely new to training, returning after years away, or simply looking to build a stronger foundation, this program teaches you how to train safely, effectively, and independently.

What You’ll Learn

Over 8 weeks, you’ll gradually build from one guided workout into a complete 3-day strength training routine using only dumbbells and foundational movement patterns.

You’ll learn:

  • Proper exercise technique
  • How to safely increase weights over time
  • How to structure workouts
  • How to improve strength and conditioning
  • How to train consistently without burnout
  • How sleep, nutrition, and recovery impact progress

Meet once per week with a coach for:

You’ll track workouts, weights, and progress inside our training app so you can:
