Experienced Group Workouts
Our group workouts are specifically designed for experienced athletes seeking to push their performance to the next level. These advanced sessions focus on functional strength training, high-intensity conditioning, and advanced techniques to help athletes maximize their strength, power, and endurance. Community Workouts
At our core, we believe in bringing people together to celebrate the strength and unity of our community. That’s why we offer four unique community workouts tailored to different skill levels and fitness experiences.
Boot Camp and Proud Workouts
Location:
Once every quarter, we take a break from our Chelsea studio and head to WillyB Fitness in the Lower East Side (LES). This larger venue allows us to host bigger groups for these high-energy workouts.
Workout Details:
We offer two back-to-back workouts designed to accommodate various skill levels:
1. Boot Camp Workouts (Beginner to Intermediate)
- Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
- Skills Required: Prior workout experience with dumbbells and kettlebells

Overview:
This 60-minute workout will leave you sweaty and accomplished! Start with a group warm-up, then tackle a team-based workout using dumbbells and kettlebells. No barbells required.
2. Proud Workouts (Experienced)
- Skill Level: Experienced
- Skills Required: Verified Functional Fitness experience

Overview:
This 75-90 minute session is our longest-running and most popular workout format. After a group warm-up, dive into two back-to-back partner/team workouts. These workouts incorporate barbells, with common movements such as Power Cleans, Thrusters, Deadlifts, and Kipping Pull-Ups.
Why You'll Love These Workouts:
Both Boot Camp and Proud Workouts are team-based and designed to build camaraderie. Don’t worry if you come solo—we’ll create groups at the event. Expect a fun, challenging, and rewarding fitness experience!
Saturday Night Reps
Skill Level: Experienced
Location: OUT-FIT Workout Studio (250 W 26th St)
Overview:
Transform your Saturday night with this high-energy strength and conditioning workout. Perfect for seasoned fitness enthusiasts, this session is all about celebrating strength and community in an empowering environment followed by a booze free social.
What to Expect:
- A challenging workout, expertly programmed for those with experience in functional fitness, barbells, and dumbbells.
- A welcoming group of like-minded individuals passionate about fitness.
- Alcohol-free beverages to refuel and connect post-workout.
Finish your night feeling accomplished, recharged, and surrounded by positive energy—no alcohol required!
Queer + Fit
Skill Level: All Levels
Location: The Center on 13th Street
Overview:
This free, bodyweight-based workout series is open to everyone and perfect for all fitness levels. We’ll provide a workout mat and water—you bring the energy!
What to Expect:
- A dynamic warm-up featuring mobility and agility exercises.
- Two back-to-back bodyweight workouts designed to get your heart pumping.
- All completed in just 60 minutes!
