What is CrossFit Experience?

We define CrossFit Experience as having recently been a member of a CrossFit affiliate. 

Athletes should be comfortable performing the Olympic Lifts (Clean/Jerk/Snatch)

In addition to the Olympic Lifts, athletes should be comfortable performing the following movements at a high intensity:

  • Box Jumps
  • Wall Balls
  • Russian & American Kettlebell Swings
  • Pull Ups
  • Push Ups
  • Air Squats
  • Rowing 
  • Double Unders
