I Workout - Isn't That Enough "Fitness Experience?!?"
"We fail at the margins of our experience." G.G.
Unfortunately not, We have very specific and often technical movements that we are doing with weights, usually quickly. We review the movements as a reminder to athletes, but we do not instruct beginners. We are working in groups in close proximity. Unexperienced athletes can harm themselves or surrounding athletes if they are not knowledgeable in the movements. Just because you can play kickball doesn't mean you should hop into a tackle football game.
