OUT-FIT "Barbells Only" Workout
Does your perfect workout consist of only barbell movements? If your answer is yes, then this workout is for you! Join us at CrossFit NYC Upper West Side for our 2nd “Barbells Only” workout. This is your chance to find a new PR, push your limits and meet some great Proud athletes along the way!

Everyone is welcome to join us as long as you are comfortable with the movements as listed in the two workouts listed below:

Workout #1 (Partner Workout)
“You Got This”
For Max Combined Weight (Heaviest complex of each partner)
In a shared 10 Minute clock, each partner finds a max weight of the following complex.

1 Deadlift + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat

Workout #2 (Partner Workout)
"Where's the Chalk?"
For Time:
50 Deadlifts
50 Hang Power Cleans
50 Shoulder to Overhead
50 Front Rack Reverse Lunges (25/leg)
50 Front Squats
50 Burpees over the Bar

Barbell Weight is 35% of the combined heaviest lifts of both partners from workout #1

Example:
Athlete #1 hits 225lbs and Athlete #2 hits 195lbs for a combined total of 420lbs. 420 x .35 = 147lbs.
