Cardio Kickboxing | Individual Ticket
Plan to join your fellow OUT-FIT athletes for a sweaty Cardio Kickboxing workout. This workout is designed for all levels and our first workout that doesn’t require prior CrossFit experience!
If you’ve never kickboxed before, we are ready for you. The workout will start with an introduction into the basic movements that will be used in the rest of the workout. From there each athlete will have their own heavy bag to move through different combinations in this instructor led workout.
Not only will you get in a sweaty workout, but you will learn some self defense skills that every adult should be familiar with.
The studio is centrally located in the heart of Chelsea, and a group will be heading to the pier for some sun afterwards.

Location: CKO Kickboxing Chelsea
Price: $25 for the event (Includes gloves and one additional CKO Kickboxing Chelsea class)
Format: Instructor lead group fitness workout. (Each athlete on their own heavy bag)
Post Event: A group will be heading to the pier for some late summer fun and sun!
