Our friends at WillyB CrossFit are welcoming us back to their Greenpoint location for our second Brooklyn WOD.  

Like prior OUT-FIT WODs it will be a team event - Teams will be created at the event and the WOD will be announced upon arrival.

Format: Teams – assigned upon arrival

All CrossFitters from the NYC area are welcome to join us, though prior CrossFit experience is mandatory.
