Now that we have moved into our new workout studio we will be holding workouts every Monday night!
On Mondays we Squat. We will start with a coach lead warmup, move into our strength portion and finish with 7-10 minutes of conditioning.

All Athletes from the NYC area are welcome to join us!
Athletes do not need to have any specialized experience, but should have general workout experience.
*Athletes that take 8 S&C Workouts may begin attending our Proud Workouts.
