Hello Queens! 

Welcome to our 1st Queens Boot Camp Workout of 2022!

If you haven't been to our Boot Camp Workouts, we have been hosting them since 2019. They are team based workouts using dumbbells and kettlebells. (Don't worry if you show up solo, we create the groups at the event.) The workouts are fun, challenging and great at community building

Covid 19: All athletes much be fully vaccinated. Proof of vax will be required for all of 2022.
