This week is week 4/8 of our OUT-FIT Street Workout - Weekly Series.
Join Coach Tony and Coach Todd for our socially responsible OUT-FIT Street Workout. In order to be socially responsible we have drastically reduced the athlete cap & moved it into the street.
The last three weeks we have worked on lifting sandbags. We will review the instruction from prior weeks and build on it with more challenging sandbag uses. We will continue to use sandbags in more challenging ways until the 5th week, which is when we will reset and begin instruction on another piece of Strongman equipment.
If you missed last week, no worries, we will catch you up.
Location: Unleashed NYC (Street in Front)
Coaches: Coach Tony
Format: Teams - assigned upon arrival
Recommended: Bring a towel or mat. Definitely bring water.
COVID 19: Athletes will be outside and spaced out so that social distancing can be maintained.
Cancelations: 24 hour notice required for all cancellations.
Weather: We workout in the rain. If we do need to cancel a class we will email you directly. (Please check your Junk Mail too)
All Athletes from the NYC area are welcome to join us, though for the safety of everyone prior Functional Fitness experience is necessary.
