Hello Brooklyn!
Join us as continue 2021 doing what we love - Working Out! Join Coach Cole and the other OUT-FIT Brooklyn athletes for our socially responsible OUT-FIT Workout Series.
For the past 6 weeks we have been hosting weekly workouts in our Brooklyn community and the feedback has been amazing! We are running another cycle.
This cycle workouts are on a 5 week cycle so that we can focus on a skill long enough to see improvements in form, technique and load. This cycle will be focusing on Push Jerks.
Each week we will start with a strength focus of Power Cleans + Push Jerks and then transition into a longer socially distant partner workout. (there will be no sharing of equipment.)
We encourage athletes to sign up for all 5 weeks to get the most out of the programming and series.
5 Week Brooklyn Weekly Series
Start: Sat, Feb 20th
End: Sat, Mar 20th
All Dates: Feb 20th, 27th, Mar 6th, 13th & 20th
Time: 12:30pm
Duration: up to 90 Min (up until 2pm.)

Ticket Price: Pay What You Can ($15/$20/$25)
COVID 19: All athletes must wear a mask at all times when inside

All Athletes from the NYC area are welcome to join us, though for the safety of everyone prior Functional Fitness experience is necessary.
