OUT-FIT Brooklyn - Weekly Workout Series #6

Hello Brooklyn! 

Join us as continue 2021 doing what we love - Working Out! Join Coach Cole and the other OUT-FIT Brooklyn athletes for our socially responsible OUT-FIT Workout Series.

This cycle workouts are on a 6 week cycle so that we can focus on a skill long enough to see improvements in form, technique and load. This cycle will be focusing on Power Snatches. 

Each week we will start with a strength focus of Power Snatches and then transition into a longer partner workout.

We encourage athletes to sign up for all 6 weeks to get the most out of the programming and series.

End: Sat, Sat 25th
All Dates: Aug 21st, 28th, Sept 11th, 18th & 25th. 
Times: 12:30pm
Duration: up to 90 Min (up until 2pm.)

All Athletes from the NYC area are welcome to join us, though for the safety of everyone prior Functional Fitness experience is necessary.
