One-On-One Personal Training
We offer a private workout space in the heart of Chelsea. No more crowded gyms for you! Focus on your fitness in our clean and safe workout studio. If you are returning from a fitness break, need help getting to your goals or don't know how to start working out we are here to help!
OUT-FIT Workout Studio Schedule:
Strength & Conditioning Workouts
This workout is the perfect mixture of Strength and Conditioning. We will start with a coach led warm up, move into a strength focus and finish with conditioning. Most classes will use barbells. Any movement that involves barbells will be reviewed in the warm up.
Hours: Mon - Fri 1-4pm
If you are visiting NYC and need a place to workout, our space is available. Do your own programming or we can write you something for the day. Please let us know in advance - email firstname.lastname@example.org
We Use Multiple Workout Locations!
We do most of our Private Training out of this location as well as run our Strength & Conditioning Workouts. We continue to use our gym partners across the city for our larger workouts. For Example, we host our Boot Camp Workouts and Proud Workouts at WillyB CrossFit - Bowery. (2nd Saturday of the month)
Our Entire Apparel Line Now at our New Studio!
5 years ago we launched our "Aim High - Be Proud" apparel line. Our goal was to create well designed & well made apparel that you are proud to wear. This is the first time you can come and check out the entire collection in person. (Note: we are usually training clients so you need preplan your visit to the studio so we can be available to help you. email: email@example.com)

Our new studio is on the 2nd floor. Arriving athletes should expect to be greeted by Brooklyn - Our well behaved and very friendly Black Labrador Retriever.
